MH Aldine HEAL High School - Houston, TX
Education & Healthcare | The HEAL (Health Education and Learning) program at Nimitz High School is a career-technical healthcare partnership between Aldine ISD, Memorial Hermann Health System, and Bloomberg Philanthropies. The program trains students for high-demand healthcare careers through simulated hospital environments and specialized career pathways.
The project was divided into two scopes: the School and the Clinic. The School scope included interior renovations, finish upgrades, and new fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems to bring the existing facility into compliance with current codes. The Clinic scope consisted of a school-based health center operated by Memorial Hermann Health System, providing healthcare services to HEAL students and their siblings.
